Upstairs, there is a family bathroom with toilet and a further toilet downstairs. Outside, parking is available to the rear of the property in front of the garage which is available for storing bikes, beach kit, canoes etc during your stay. Bedding and towels (excluding beach towels) will be provided for you too.

 

Pricing & availability
Ideally, we would rent property by a 7 day weekly period, but in low seasons or where bookings allow, we could offer for long weekends (Fri-Sun, Sat-Mon at min).

Typical weekly rates:   
Low season (Oct-Mar) £430 per week (rates over Christmas & New Year tbc)
Mid season (Apr-May, Sept) £530
High season (June-Aug) £760

Payment can be made by cheque or BACS payment. A 25% booking deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance and a damage deposit will be required 4 weeks prior to the booking.
